Founded in 2006, Paramount Land has grown to become one of Indonesia’s leading property developers.
As Indonesia faces rapid population growth, particularly in the Greater Jakarta area, Paramount Land established the ±1,200 hectare Gading Serpong township west of Jakarta, housing over 120,000 residents. The company went on to offer more quality developments, even despite the global challenges in recent years.
It is with this thoughtful, proactive approach to real estate development, as well as its resilience and adaptability, that the company was named Developer of the Year – Indonesia at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2025.
Beyond Gading Serpong, Paramount Land had expanded its portfolio to focus on sustainability, innovation, and customer-centric design.
Amongst its most ambitious projects is Paramount Petals in 2021, a ±400-hectares integrated township in Tangerang that offers a one-stop living concept with residential, commercial, healthcare, education, hospitality, and entertainment facilities.
“The area’s strategic location, coupled with a direct toll access currently under development and expected to be operational by 2026, ensures exceptional connectivity and convenience for its residents,” Paramount Land noted.
Following the pandemic, the company exemplified resilience and recorded impressive year-on-year marketing sales growth of 42.6% in 2020 and 73.7% in 2021. In 2023, Paramount Land nearly achieved IDR6t in marketing sales, successfully selling approximately 1,700 units comprising residential, commercial, and land lots.
To sustain this growth, Paramount Land implemented several key strategies focussing on digital transformation, targeted market focus, and product customisation.
Firstly, it shifted its marketing and sales processes online, allowing customers to explore and purchase properties digitally without visiting the Marketing Gallery.
Then, instead of competing in saturated markets, Paramount Land concentrated on the middle-upper segment, offering flexible payment terms and value-driven products.
Lastly, to meet diverse customer preferences, Paramount Land introduced customisable designs and unique features, making the developments more appealing and adaptable.
“Innovation remains at the heart of Paramount Land’s growth. Beyond conventional housing and shophouses, the developer has introduced studio lofts and business lofts, offering customisable layouts tailored to individual or business needs,” Paramount Land added. “The company has also embraced smart home technology, going a step further by integrating advanced systems such as smart air quality controls that help buildings ‘breathe’ — a collaboration aimed at improving indoor living environments.”
As Paramount Land works on developments like Pasadena Central District (40 hectares) @ Gading Serpong and expands into other regions like Semarang through Paramount Village Semarang, the company is not only shaping urban landscapes but enriching the lives of communities.
