We arrived at 8 am at Vigan. Meat market was a sight. I visited old town with pedestrian zone. Tried daquiri for 3 eur.

Another crossing it, agrred on tricycle transport to beach and back, 400 php, phone charging, waiting, police, souveniers.

At beach some walking, burnt soles. Back in town enpanada okeya, 140 php. Walked in hot sun to bus station, burnt. There I sat, slept, water and cigarette, boarded first, 3 hourse modest ride to Laoag.

There was not much to see, church, bell tower, city hall. Went to Mc, fried chicken, rice and sauce. Found bar with help, no electricity, 80 php per beer.

Owner arranged tricycle for 200 php. It is small airport but functional. Flight to Manila was ok, wing seat, cookies, nice view of manila lights.
