The Tioga County Property Development Corporation held a ribbon cutting and open house this week for a revitalized mixed-use building in downtown Owego.

The formerly dilapidated historic building at 81 North Avenue has been renovated and will now be home to Simple Form Pilates on the first floor as well as two residential units on the second and third floors.

The funding for the project came from the New York State Homes and Community Renewal Land Bank Initiative and Empire State Development’s RESTORE New York.

The total project cost was $905,000.
