EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – Some new homes could soon be coming to the far west side.

A local realtor shared she just sold 110 acres of land off University Parkway, close to the Lloyd Expressway.

She says the land has rolling hills and two lakes.

Records on the auditor’s website shows the property now belongs to Parkway Improvements, LLC.

A website by that name shows a “real estate development built by your neighbors – for your neighborhood” is coming soon.
