In a shocking case of fraud, three builders allegedly deceived the government by forging a regularisation document to facilitate the sale and transfer of a flat in Jyotiba Aangan Society in Ambegaon Budruk. The fraudulent document was used to transfer the property to another individual illegally. Following the discovery of the scam, the police have registered a case against three builders and launched an investigation into the matter.

In this regard, Joint Sub-Registrar Sanjay Ramchandra Chavan (age 58) has lodged a complaint with Alankar Police. Accordingly, the police have registered a case against the partner of Harsh Anand Developers, Kishor Vinayak Kondhare (age 46, a resident of Datta Nagar, Ambegaon), Srikant Dattatray Ambavale (age 41, a resident of Datta Nagar, Ambegaon), and Suryakant Madhukar Waghmare (age 35, a resident of Madhuraj Building, Waghmare Chawl, NDA Pashan Road, Bavdhan Khurd).

This incident took place between December 26, 2020, and December 31, 2020, at Erandwane’s Joint Sub-Registrar Haveli Number 22.

According to the information given by the police, Harsh Anand Developers has constructed a building named Jyotiba Aangan at Ambegaon Budruk. While purchasing and selling flats in this building, the accused made a fake regularisation document and defrauded the government by transferring the house/property to someone else based on that fake regularisation document.

The Alankar police have lodged complaint in this case and Police Sub-Inspector Goraksh Ghodke is investigating further.
