The MoU signing between MTB and YRESA.

For establishing a partnership in property development, Myanmar Tourism Bank (MTB) and Yangon Region Real Estate Services Association (YRESA) signed a memorandum of understanding.
The MoU aims to help YRESA with MTB’s financing facility and banking products to facilitate the business development of YRESA and in turn, YRESA will cooperate with MTB to facilitate the development of real estate and tourism sectors in line with international businesses.
The signing ceremony was held at Lotte Hotel located on Pyay Road in Yangon on 3 October. At the event, MTB Chief Executive Officer U Win Lwin and YRESA Chair Daw Myat Mo Mo signed the MoU in presence of witnesses MTB Chief Compliance Officer U Khin Pe Oo and YRESA First Vice Chair U Aung Kyaw Myo, said MTB on 4 October. — MT/ZS
