Look inside EntreDeux, a new property development in Steinfort

EntreDeux marks a first development in Luxembourg for the Belgian group ION. The project is part of the group’s Benelux expansion strategy. The developer also won an award at this year’s Mipim trade fair in Cannes for “The Hive” project in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The project is being managed in collaboration with LuxRed. It offers 36 homes, divided between studios, one-bedroom flats and three-bedroom flats, spread across four buildings. All units will have private outdoor spaces (terraces, balconies or gardens). The development also includes a 28-space underground car park, 20 surface parking spaces, secure bicycle storage and private storage areas. Marketing has now officially begun.

EntreDeux will be located on Rue de Luxembourg, just a few minutes from the centre of Steinfort and the A6 motorway. “EntreDeux benefits from a particularly attractive location, in the immediate vicinity of the A6 motorway, the centre of Steinfort and the main links to Luxembourg City and Belgium. We have designed this project to offer a living environment that is both practical and high-quality, where residents benefit from the proximity of amenities, while remaining connected to nature thanks to its landscaped surroundings,” explains Hugues Hallard, project development director at ION. “We’re seeing continued strong demand for modern, bright, well-located homes. EntreDeux is designed to appeal both to young working people and new arrivals to the region, but also to families looking for space and tranquillity,” he says.
