The Irish housing market might be in a state of perpetual crisis but Ciaran Fitzpatrick — one of the country’s most ambitious housing developers, has a blueprint for rapid expansion to build thousands of homes.
He is confident Fitzpatrick & Heavey Homes, where he is co-founder and managing director, can have 10,000 homes under construction — becoming a billion euro turnover company in the process — in just a matter of two or three years.
