HGR Property Partners Oy has sold a development property to the Norwegian company Public Property Invest ASA. Public Property Invest is a real estate company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The transaction covers a school and daycare property in Kruununhaka, Helsinki. The property comprises approximately 5,000 square meters of lettable space, of which 100 % is leased under long-term agreements.
The project involves extensive renovation and repurposing of an existing building in Kruununhaka, in the historic Uudenmaan Kasarmi block. The property will house a daycare for the City of Helsinki and a private school.
The project prioritizes sustainability, with a commitment to preserving and utilizing existing building stock. The project will pursue LEED Gold environmental certifications. Additionally, on-site energy production will be developed. The construction will begin soonest, with completion scheduled for late 2026.
