Our Stay At The Days Inn & Suites Moncton

Unfortunately, we only had one night to stay in Moncton, on our busy travel schedule.

The Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham was in a perfect location off the highway, and within minutes of accessing downtown and the waterfront.

The amenities the hotel offered were more than we needed or expected for our short stay.

The property is huge, with 151 guest room options to choose from including; 48 Executive 2- room suites.

There’s a convenient small business center for guests, as well as a coffee/tea station in the reception area.

The large dining area opens for your included continental breakfast, which is also located just off the lobby.

A Look At Our Deluxe King Room Suite

Days Inn & Suites Moncton King One Bedroom

We had a beautifully decorated, newly refurbished upper floor one bedroom suite.

This is a very spacious deluxe room and would be perfect for both business or pleasure travelers.

Our room was located on the inside courtyard area and was very quiet, with little to no traffic noise. All guest rooms are air-conditioned with all the amenities one would expect in a choice Wyndham Property.

Indoor Heated Swimming Pool

Guests can expect an extra large indoor swimming pool and lounge area, complete with indoor hot tub. One of the largest indoor pools we have seen in this category of property!

It was excellent and from the pool area, guests have access to the outdoor courtyard in the summer months.

A great addition that the kids and family will love!

In addition to the swimming pool, the facility is also equipped with a very nice Fitness Room. Perfect for those not wanting to miss a workout while traveling!

Local Area Attractions

Casino New Brunswick (across the street);
Magic Mountain;
Magnetic Hill;
Champlain Mall;
Riverfront Park For Daily Tidal Bore Viewing.

We were within minutes of viewing the daily { Tidal Bore } at Riverfront Park. This is a very unique event that occurs each day, definitely not to be missed when visiting the city.

We even caught some brave surfers attempting to catch the wave!

Twice a day, the water of the Petitcodiac River flows upstream in a surfable wave. It really is a unique and amazing spectacle to observe.

Moncton is also a short drive to renowned {Hopewell Rocks} and the world famous; Bay of Fundy Tides.

Recommendations

We had a wonderful overnight stay, with the hotel offering much more than we had expected.
