The district, developed over a 30+ year partnership with The Mall Group, encompasses 650,000 sqm and sees daily visitor numbers of 150,000 to 200,000 at EmSphere alone. The retail lettable area is valued at more than THB 45 billion, excluding hotel and office components that would significantly raise the total.
