Scheduled for 31 May 2025 at the Grand Hyatt Convention Centre, the session is complimentary and designed to empower real estate professionals with cutting-edge techniques in off-plan sales. The event is part of a wider strategic partnership with Al Safi Bank—AIFC’s first Islamic bank, renowned for its ethical banking and cross-border services.
Hosted by Spencer Lodge—celebrated business strategist, podcast host, and one of Dubai’s Top 100 Most Influential People—the initiative aspires to break the Guinness World Record for the largest real estate training session.
The training will be led by industry icon Dr Nour El-Serougy, a globally recognised expert in PropTech and property investment. With two decades of experience, Dr El-Serougy has guided thousands across MENA and beyond and now leads this historic programme as both CEO of HRE Properties and Senior Faculty at Innovation Experts.
Following the record attempt, a future-focused panel discussion will explore investment potential in the Dubai Islands, featuring voices from across the sector: Mr Ismael Al Hammadi, Mr Nazish Khan, Ms Sonia Waters, and Dr El-Serougy.
Key figures from government and regulatory bodies are also expected to attend, further underlining Dubai’s status as a hub of real estate innovation and learning.
