LightOn is CPI Property Group’s first development project in Poland. We are currently preparing for its construction, tapping into our many years of experience as a developer in Central and Eastern Europe.
Barbara Topolska, the Poland country manager of CPIPG
The building was designed by CPIPG in collaboration with the APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio. The developer intends to apply for the highest certification ratings including Well, BREEAM, SmartScore and WiredScore. It will also be Building Without Barriers certified. The name of the project refers to its site, where the J. Grimau ‘Polam’ High-Fluorescence Metal Works operated until the 1990s producing lightbulb filaments.
