Saw anouncment for this Afrobeat concert and bought ticket, 27 €. I took sisters car and drove to Kino Šiška, no parking, circiling around, walking in the rain. On arrival Katedrala was quite full. I met there Matjaž with Ibra, Ana with Gašper, Mojca, Katarina and Klemen. In general older population then usual was on this concert.

Concert started some 20 minutes late. Femi Kuti represents old school Afrobeat (jazz, funk, african rythms, brass section, political message, …) that was pioneered by his father Fela Kuti. He was on stage with 9 other memebers of The Positive Force bend and 3 dancers.

Femi had good comunication with fans below stage. The whole concept of brass section, rythm section, dancers with Femi singing, dancing, conducting, playing different instruments created good experience. People relexed and joined in rythmical movement in second half of concert. One must admire Femis energy on stage at 62 years. After encore concert was over after almost 2 hours of delightful performance.
