Total Environment appoints Pramod Bisht as Managing Director & CEO for realty development vertical


Bengaluru: Total Environment has appointed Pramod Bisht as Managing Director & CEO for its real estate development vertical. With nearly 30 years of experience, Bisht brings expertise in scaling businesses, driving transformation, operational excellence, and delivering strong enterprise value.

Bisht has held senior leadership roles at companies such as Godrej Properties, Tata Realty, Lodha Developers, Altisource, and AXA Group.

Most recently, as CEO for South India at Godrej Properties, he expanded the business significantly and managed a portfolio with annual sales bookings exceeding Rs 6,500 crore. He holds an Advanced Management degree from The Wharton School, an MBA from IIM Bangalore, and a B.E. in Electronics Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

In his new role, Bisht will lead Total Environment’s growth strategy by unlocking development opportunities aligned with the group’s vision, leveraging strategic partnerships, and driving timely project delivery.
