Elevate has appointed global property consultants Knight Frank as sales agents for Sapcote Yard, a new residential development in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.
Sapcote Yard, located on the same street as Heaton House, was once home to one of the city’s oldest building companies.
The site will be transformed into a collection of homes comprising eleven three and four-bedroom freehold townhouses and two two-bedroom duplex apartments.
The townhouses will have gated access with parking, while the apartments include private outdoor spaces such as gardens or terraces.
The development has been designed by Elevate, known for sustainable regeneration, blending the site’s 125-year heritage with open-plan layouts.
David Hofton at Elevate said: “At Elevate, we believe in creating sustainable legacies. Sapcote Yard exemplifies our commitment to intelligent regeneration—taking structures that have outlived their original purpose and giving them new life through thoughtful, sustainable design. We’re not just building homes; we’re transforming the personality of a place and building character within a community that honours the Jewellery Quarter’s unique heritage.”
Liam Smith, partner at Knight Frank and head of regional investment sales said: “Sapcote Yard represents one of the most exciting residential offerings to come to market in the Jewellery Quarter in recent years. These properties offer the opportunity to enjoy contemporary luxury living within one of Birmingham’s most characterful and well-connected districts.”
